I was sent the wrong item; how do I request the right one?
Kindly check your order confirmations to ensure that the item you received is different from the item you purchased. Then send us an email at email@example.com telling us the name of the item you are missing. Please include a picture of your wrong item showing the size tag and picture of your paper invoice. We will get it taken care of for you.
How long does a refund take
Once a package reaches our facility it usually takes about 3-5 days to process a return. This can vary depending on your bank.
